How do I access the livestream?
An email including the link to the livestream will be sent to you via your confirmation email and in an info email the day before we begin.
This link will give you direct access to the livestream each day.
Please take the following steps for an optimal participation experience:

Download the Zoom mobile app to your phone or the desktop app to your computer. For the Mac/iPhone OS App click HERE.
For everything else click HERE. -
Log in or create your FREE Zoom account (you must be logged into Zoom to participate in the livestream).

Request to join the Zoom continuous chat (Look for the link in your confirmation email).

Join the livestream via the link provided (Look for the link in your confirmation email, OR log-in to manpreetkaurmusic.com and access the livestream link via the Replay Portal. Log-in and navigate to "Video Archive" in your account drop down menu. Video Archive -> 40 Day Meditations

How do I access to the recording/replays?
Go to manpreetkaurmusic.com and Log-in using the email you signed up with. Navigate to "Video Archive" in your account drop down menu. Video Archive -> 40 Day Meditations
How long will I have access to the recording/replays?
Extended replay access is available for 60 days from our start date
How do I access the Zoom Group Chat
You will find the link to join the group chat in the same info email as the livestream link. The chat is accessible via the ZOOM desktop & mobile apps under the “Team Chat” tab.
What are the mantras we tune in with?

This mantra helps center the practioner for asana or meditation practice and reinforces the connection to the Divine within and universally.

This is a mantra of protection and is recited to invoke the protective energy of the universe.
Where can I find the music used during the Livestream?
For the 40 Day Meditations only, Manpreet will share it in a final email containing all the resources needed to continue the practice on your own, once our 40 days as a group are finished.
Where can I find the write up for the current 40 Day Meditation?
A final email including the write up for the meditation, and additional resources needed to continue the practice on your own, will be sent out as we near the end of our 40 days together.
