What's a Rebirthing?
In Kundalini Yoga, a “Rebirthing” refers to several specific kriyas that Yogi Bhajan gave. Using specific breathing techniques and meditations, these rebirthing kriyas are designed to release past trauma and emotional blocks. These practices aim to heal the subconscious mind and promote clarity and self-empowerment, to help us live a more fulfilled and vibrant life.
What to expect:
We go live promptly at 7:00 am Pacific Time each morning.
You can expect 1-2 warm up exercises or a short kriya before we begin our rebirthing series. The warm ups are usually followed by a short 5-10 min inspirational share from Manpreet. The re-birthing series itself is about 31 minutes long, and suitable for all levels. We end the session with a long Sat Nam.
