A private, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation consultation/session In-person at Manpreet's private studio (address disclosed upon registration) or online via ZOOM. This session is customized based on your personal needs/goals. In these sessions Manpreet offers intuitive insight and yogic tools, designed to guide and support your personal empowerment and healing. Dependent on the situation and the needs of the client, this session may or may not include Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice.
